What is Nordic Walking?
Nordic Walking is a full-body, low-impact exercise that uses specially designed poles to engage your upper body while walking. Originally developed in Finland as a summer training method for cross-country skiers, it has grown in popularity worldwide thanks to its effectiveness and accessibility. Whether you’re on a trail, in the park, or walking your neighborhood, Nordic Walking turns a simple walk into a full-body workout.

Please note: No walk on May 19 (Victoria day long weekend)
