Service Description

Embrace the beauty of winter with a scenic 6 km hike or snowshoe along the Bruce Trail, surrounded by snow-draped forests and breathtaking vistas. This guided trek concludes at Fielding Winery, where you'll indulge in a cozy wine tasting experience inside their heated domes, savoring locally-crafted wines in a warm and inviting atmosphere. A delightful blend of outdoor adventure and refined relaxation! No snow. No problem. We’ll hike the same beautiful trails instead of snowshoe. Distance: Approx 6 km Hike Level: 2-3 (novice with some hiking experience to intermediate) Fitness Level: Average to good. Able to hike for at least 6 km on uneven terrain and single track forest trails. Snowshoeing is a great workout so be prepared to get sweaty. Terrain: Some inclines and declines, uneven surfaces with rocks and roots, single track trails. Please note there is a max of 6 participants per dome. The expedition runs snow or shine with the exception of extreme cold, high winds, blizzard or wet conditions which make it unsafe. If we need to cancel, you’ll have the choice of a full refund or to attend a rescheduled date. If you cancel the event at least 48 hours in advance, you’ll have the option to receive either a credit for a future event or a refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued.
